No internet connection in Sony Pc Companion...

My laptop in connected to internet connection and m able to browse websites and download all stuff still sony pc companion is saying connect your computer to the internet and try again

Perhaps you need to turn off your firewall/antivirus software. What is it you want to do with PC Companion?

Have you tried deleting and re-downloading it?

Make sure your PC's Java software is up to date, or else try it on a different PC. It could also be that there is other phone software (non-Sony) that is conflicting with it, so if there is, get rid of it.
