no internet access-wifi connected

Dear Sir,

I bought sony xperia tipo dual few months back.my problem is i cannot access internet through wi-fi though my phone shows connected status with good signal strength, it says webpage not available.plwase solve my problem

Does this happen all the time? If it is so, then update your phone software using PC companion. If phone is already updated then repair phone software using same PC companion.

If this happens occassionally, then problem is related to internet service provider.

i repaired my software now on connecting it says obtaining ip address and nothing

earlier it used to get  connected but no internet acess...:(
