No Data transfer with 2G EDGE -- Xperia S Firmware build 6.2.B.0.200

Hi, after the last update of the Firmware of my Xperia S (unblocked or Sim free) last week, i do not have Internet connection when i am with 2G EDGE. If i am with 3G, I do not have any problem.  I have revised all my settings but all is right, because the difference between have or not have Internet is the type of network with the provider.

Other problems is that the battery runs over very quickly, 3x faster than before. May be, because the problem with the 2G EDGE data connection. May be the phone is trying to connect all the time, and dry the battery very fast.

I just discovered that there is a place where the EDGE connection works perfectly, but out of that place does not work. This is very strange and never happened.

If I use 3G mode, I have no problems but there is not always good coverage.

I live in Spain, in Vigo. And I use the YOIGO provider.

This is worldwide problem, hope Sony will fix it in upcoming update in July

The most amazing is that it only works on 2G Edge from home, when the phone is connected to any other cell repeater, no longer works. And the worst is that it is trying to connect all the time and you can see how low the battery percentage every minute.

I use the phone as a modem for Internet access for laptop everyday. It is important that this works well.
