no communication between phone and pc

my phone is z3 dual

when I connect it through USB cable to the pc it looks like it's no connected ( no recharge and no file transfer _ the Pc dosn't see the phone )

I tried another pc and another USB cables but nothing happened.

for your information the USB cable is working and the pc is reading another phones like xperia C3.(no problem in the cable and the pc , I'm sure the problem is in the phone itself.

yes the phone is charging from its original charger and other wall chargers
