Hi, yesterday I was using my Z3c normaly and it just turn off. I turn it on again, keep using it and it turn off again. I turn on and I plug the charger but nothing happened. I connect an magnetic USB cable to the SONY Charger and the phone start charging normaly.
When the phone is turn off and I connect the charger, the screen shows the battery icon with the "xx%" but it not rise... After a while, the battery start to discharge and if I unplug the charger the screen turns off. Also, I cant connect it to the PC, the USB port seems to be broken but when is off and I plug the cable the phone "try" to charge but nothing more than the % of battery on the screen.
I tryed factory reset but nothing, and I cant flash from Flashtools or Companion becouse the phone dont connect with the PC.
Hi,
If I understand you correctly, it does work to charge the phone via the magnetic connector but not via the USB-port? Have you tried with different USB-cables to exclude problems related to your current cable/adapter?
Unfortunately, it sounds like your phone needs to be sent to a service center so a technician can examine your unit. Since you have tried with different cables and you neither cannot get a connection with your PC, it sounds more related to a hardware issue. I suggest that you take a look at the following link for information how to get your phone examined/repaired:

Yes, the big problem is that the Z3c was bringed from Spain to Argentina, and here Sony Service is in only one place of the country (so far from where I live) and generally they broke more your device without fixin nothing.. Also, you have to pay a lot of money... So I dont belive in the sony service here :smileyd_oh:
I think I'll try in a no oficial phone services from here, they usually fix unitl a broken heart
but this model is not in the country, so lets see what happend.
