No android 4.2 updates available for SGP321

I have been trying to update my Xperia Tablet Z SGP321 for more than a week. The Sony India website shows that there's a update available but when I check for it shows my system is up tp date. I called the Sony support, but I was left hopeless- they are so dumb.... Please help.
