I know that there are a lot of forums with this same topic but it seems kinda funny that My Xperia Z C6603 is 2 updates behind most of the other xperia Z`s in my country
You said it yourself. There are already a lot of threads regarding this. Please use the existing threads to discuss this. We do not have any information on when updates will be released for specific markets.
