No 3g connection

as of yesterday I hardly got any 3g connection anymore (only wifi)

I deleted some caches yesterday...does anyone know what I did wrong?

(I assume this is also the reason for the pop up message of facebook: kindly log in again, FB can't syn)

and eventhough I switch off my wifi connection, it automatically turns on again....How can I find out if there is an app asking for wifi constantly ...or is there another reason?

In regards to the Wifi this could definitely be related to an application, I can only suggest that you go through any new apps you have installed and check the settings,  In regards to 3G do the following to download the correct settings to the device,

Menu > Settings > Xperia > Internet Settings > Select correct network > wait for download to finish.

Once the above has been done try accessing the Internet.
