I had posted the same suggestion before, I don't think it will be as good as a professional/dedicated night vision camera but I would like to have something similar, like Sony digital cameras back 10+ years ago
The only way I would see this working at this moment in time due to how they work would be to have an attachment as such for example something like the DSC-QX100 which would work in conjunction with your phone and also allow to to video and take photo's - However there are different types of night vision - So if you do want the same type as what I use to use when I was in the Army (British) then an attachment would be what's needed
