NFC problem

hi SONY, i tried to beam my xperia S to samsung galaxy S3 through NFC to send picture..... although touch to beam animation will appear when phones back to back touched, but after i touch to beam, nothing happen,,,,, can i know how to solve this problem? is NFC only available for SONY TO SONY?

I'm facing trouble with extremely slow GPRS, WiFi connection failure, lag in the 1080p video recording & video camera quality, & Rapid battery drainage after updating my device to 211. These are some major problems which makes me feel I just ruined my own good device. please let me know if you have any plan to solve this releasing a good new firmware update. It has become so frustating now a days, I am plannig to go back to the old stable ICS

I am on the latest update 6.2.B.1.96 and I still have the same NFC problem. I already tried all the methods like reset, format, reinstall, upgrade etc. but still the NFC refuses to start.

What should I do? Am I missing something?

When will there be a fix for this available?

The test's response is that "The NFC device can not be used."

And I don't see any reason as to why it can't be used. I was able to use it before the update.

There must have been something wrong with the update.It could have damaged your service.Could you go to a sony service for further investigations?Tell them exactly what to look at.
