New Z2 Tablet bent

Is it normal that new Z2 tab from factory box is already bent?
Screen center is approx 2mm lover than sides.
My last Z2 tablet went dead and service deny warranty for same reason.
I get new one but it´s even worse that old one...

Yes that is the case. I do not usually come support forum tell stories.
I just wonder how common this problem is if I have two curved devise.

One device is certainly curved before I take it in use and the other device is probably curved from factory because it has always been in protective cover.
