New Xperia M4 Aqua

Hi 

I just received a new M4 Aqua and I was excited with the gift which was short lived.I opened up the box and find that I need to replace my sim for the nano sim.So I go to  the cell shop and get the nano sim.Place it in the phone and begin to set up.While

setting email I need to enter the password.The keyboard does not have the numeric keys at the top like the Samsung.I need to enter the number  8 as part of the password It doesn't accept try a number of times no luck.Turn the phone round then enter it.  works.

Return it to the person gifting to exchange.The accepts but the new phone will be available a week later.If the phone was opened in their presence and found to be faulty it would have been swopped at the counter?

This is the first phone found to be faulty new after owning several (Nokia ,Ericcisson,Motorola Samsung) in the past.And these phones are supposed to be waterproof.

It is a sad new start for me with Sony

The  phone was returned for a refund and a new m4 dual was purchased.This phone works ok.

Was reading news highlights play newsstand while waiting to pick up my grandson from school using the mobile data.

The phone got very hot and had to get out of the news and shut it off to cool off.

Sony are saying that this phone will last two days without a recharge.This is completely untrue.I dont think that they tested 

it.The old S4 that I was using was better than this M4 aqua Dual but I have to use it now until a better one comes up.

Which build version you have? After update to 26.1.B.2.102 yesterday my phone is no more hot like before. Even battery life is better I think. My phone is Dual SIM also, E2363.
