New update

Hi All

I recently updated my phone to the latest update, but since I have done it everything keeps crashing including text messages, camera, snapchat and facebook, it also crashes when phone calls are coming through so I cannot answer them

When it crashes it takes a long time to reload and doesnt usually come back on. I try to restart it using the buttons on the side but it doesn't work.

The battery is also running low quickly even when I am not using it.

Any help would be much appreciated as it is starting to get on my nerves not being able to rely on my phone,

Thanks

Vicky

Calm down, guys. Everything hgas to settle down, system and apps updates. Leave it on charger after an update, wifi on and let it do it´s business for an hour, than do a restart. Hope that your phone will work with the new firmware. Mine was not as good as the 4.1.2(far worse), I was forced to downgrade
