Hey i got a replacement SP as the Battery was aweful and guess what if i use the phone after 20 mins it dropped 10% after a full charge... **bleep** is the problem??

for some reason it takes 5 hours plus to fully charge i even turned the phone off at one point for 30 mins and noticed it only went up fo about 20% what is wrong with this phone and charger? is the charger not powerfull enough to charge the masive batterey please help.

P.s. sorry for all the posts but i am thinking off refunding it back to Phone4u if i have percistant problems

There is no problem with the charger,try from time to time to force shutdown the phone(the little button found if you remove the cover).

how do i do that? which button the yellow thing? and not the charger but the phone has been on 65% for 10 mins and only gone to 67% :@ i am losing faith in Sony

Try to remove unused apps or force close those you do not need.

I have done there is nothing running in background and says 40-70 ram is used up 😕

alexdon should i delete my anitv virus and task killer aswell would that speed it up?

Task killer yes,antivirus it is your choice,I do not use one.

alexdon does the task killer actually work then or not? i have Clean Master... are you saying there is no point in task killers? i thought they worked?

No,task killers only use your memory,not really help you.You can normally close your apps that you do not use,restart the phone regularly for better overall performance.
