New phone problems

I have a new Xperia Arc and am loving it but have some issues. Cannot connect to the internet when not using wi fi at home and cannot find missed calls in the call log or an SMS sent messages file, Also need to work out how to forward mails received. Also when blue tooth connected to the cars system it refuses to read the contacts in the phone but worked fine on my Vivaz.

First you will have to check your APN settings from your operator.

Menu > Settings > Wireless & networks > Mobile networks > APN.

This phone uses a combined view in both call log and SMS. Open the call log and check for the red arrow, that indicates missed calls. SMS view is like an chat view where you can see both sent and received messages for each contact.

Depending on what E-mail and application you use, you usually can forward mail/messages by longpressing on them or pressing the menu key.

Is you phone listed as compatible with your built in Bluetooth car kit?
