New Message Symbol

Have just got my vivaz replaced as the charge port came out with the charger to find that the new phone constantly has the new message symbol flashing in the top left hand corner, was wondering how to get rid of this as it is driving me crazy. Have tried turning the phone on and off again and deleting all my messages but it's still there!

Hi,

We would suggest following the below instructions to see if this removes this icon for you.

1. Open the Messaging option.

2. Select Options.

3. Select SIM Messages.

4. Highlight a message.

5. Select Options then Delete.

Remove some messages out of this section and the flashing envelope will no longer appear at the top of the display. We hope this helps.
