Just got my update few minutes ago. Not a big fan of the change in layout for the back/home/swap buttons (moved to the middle) and the clock/battery/etc (moved to the top)
Feels like I need to keep on taking one hand off of the device to use the buttons whereas before it was comfortable just using thumbs on either side.
Is there any way to get back to my previous system, this really pisses me off?
I don't quite understand, what was move to the middle? clock battery etc has been on the top, could you elaborate?
Sorry, i didn't tell you that i'm using xperia tablet z.. It had system like this one (with screen mirroring and remote controller buttons in the middle) :
P.S. Sorry for my bad English
Ok, you have 2 options
1) take it to a Sony repair center and ask if they can downgrade your tablet
or
2) use flashtool, this could void your warranty
I'll sound silly now, but when i bought my tablet, my android version was 4.3.1., so, i think that i'm already downgraded 😕 Is there any way to delete that line which is on the top of screen? That line makes my display smaller, 'cause there is already one line on the bottom of the screen 😕
You had 4.1.2
I'll try with sony repair center anyway..
This upgrade **bleep**!
I just got my Z tablet and was happily surprised that the buttons were on the left side, and the clock etc were on the BOTTOM right side. After a software update it's back to "normal", with the clock in the TOP right side 😞
In the local Sony Center it was like this too, but the guy couldn't explain why, as all the posters are with a pre-updated screenshot.
Sony, please give me back the opportunity to choose were I want the buttons, clock etc.
