Never got the Sony Xperia Z3 I ordered!

Purchased Sony Xperia Z3 through Sony Store (online) in California and never got the phone delivered. Sony sales reps were prompt in selling the phone and also in denying any help on this matter. I am being asked to chase the courier service now. Pathetic experience Sony!

For anyone at Sony who cares, I am talking about Sony Store Order | 0004300047876504 | FCFD [Incident: 150331-001499].

I have contacted Sony multiple times before posting here. Sony reps are blaming it on the courier service and are unwilling to provide any proof of delivery. I have been told by Sony reps that they filed a claim with fedex which was rejected so they closed the claim. Now I will have to chase the courier guys to get my money back.

This is why anyone who is thinking about buying a Sony product should think again. There is zero ownership of a problem and post sales support is a nightmare to deal with. And I am talking about THE flagship model of smartphone Sony is trying to sell today.

If you haven't received the item and no proof is been shown to say otherwise then depending on your consumer laws I'd enquire about a chargeback with your bank
