My Xperia T2 ultra have a problem used mobile data too slow. Any SIM I'm intered to my Xperia make a same result. But when I'm try to intered to another phone its work.

settings > about phone > status > signal strength?

is your phone fully compatible with your network's frequencies?

Yes I have 2g,3g,H+ and LTE. Signal strength atless -73 dBm 20 asu untill -81 dBm 16 asu. My mobile network is EDGE. I dont know that's compatible or not. Because I'm a new sony user

LTE band 1(2100), 3(1800), 5(850), 7(2600), 8(900), 20(800) 

I don't see celcom in the UK
