I have been consisitently faced a network problem in my phone. Both SIM 1 and SIM 2 are affected.
even when the netwrok shows full signal, the phone is unreachable and can’t make any call.
Diag:
1. Software update through Sony PC Companion 2.1.
2. Software update by local sony authorised service centre.
3. Different service provider like Airtel, Voda fone with old /new SIM card at multilocation.
4. Tried all conbination like SIM1 - WCDMA Preferred /GSM , WCDMA only, SIM2 GSM only. (In my case SIM1 user for 3G Data+voice call SIM2 used for only voice calls).
till problem in unsolved.
Now Local service centre wants to OPEN THE PHONE & fix it (the hardware) but I don't want some body will do a R&D on my 2 months old phone and return back to me with lots of dammage/ Scratches.
Please help.
Sir , just check your SIM. have u tried new micro SIM ? .. just swap both the sim and let us know. Also check quality of range in your area.
you can do repair option but meanwhile check above.

Sony must solve this issue....must.....because of our right as a costumer

I am also facing this problem...
For last 1 month i am gertting this issue...
Even my phone is in working condition, also signal strength is full...
If people tries to contact me, network says "number is switch off or Not reachable"
But, after few hours i am getting a message from network service provider " (eg:XXXXXXXX978) tried to call you"
I dont know how to get rid of this issue
Can anyone help me. Because i always trust Sony...
I am invested 25k on this phone...
If anyone of you got a solution please let me know.
