Network Coverage Error when connect to MOBILE DATA

Hi

i have a Xperia V. it's good.

but this week ,when i connect to MOBILE DATA, understand that ANYBODY can't Call me. it means that network not available.

there's NO sign in Notification & everything is ok (in Status bar). and it seems everything is ok. but in this Condition (Using Mobile Data) if anybody call me, it says Network Not Available for User.

Please Help me.

That's new, I've only seen this with certain carriers that can't support calls and data at the same time, contact your carrier and ask them if they do support this.

formerly, i had HTC HD2 & with this operator at the same time I Used call & data. without any problem.
