It's been over a year since I purchased Ray. Since begining, the phone had issues with Network connectivity, the network would be intermittently available. After a call, suddenly, the Network bars would go to zero and will come up to full strength in few seconds but this would happen again for a min and any calls during this time would be missed due to non-reachability.
I checked with the Network Service provider, and nothing is wrong from their side and SIM works fine in another phone.
Similarly, data connection is not at all stable.
I read in the discussions that this is one of the problem faced by many of us but wanted to check, if anyone got this rectified by visiting the service center or any other means.
I suggest that you try to run a software reinstall using SUS.

If the problem still remains you should contact your local support team, to have the phone examined and fixed at an repair center.
