Netflix won't load?!

I got the Xperia L for Christmas and it is a magnificent phone! However my Netflix doesn't want to load my videos. I can browse Netflix just fine, but when I choose one it's stuck loading the video. I've tried reinstalling the app and different Internet connections and more. I've tried it all. Any help appreciated. Thanks!

How fast are the connections? 

You might have to contact the app developer on this issue

One was my Carrier connection with is Hspa+ (I think it's what that is lol) tmobile. Which isn't very good but should still work. And my home connection is 50 megabit.

That's odd, I'm assuming that you got the app from the PlayStore and that it is supported in your country? either or, you should contact Netflix directly

I got it from the Google play store lol. I'm in the USA. I will contact Netflix. Kudos!
