Hi there,

There seems to have been a complete halt to the rollout of the NeoV for some users, myself included, I'm on t-mobile UK and I still don't have the updated, my number is not yet on the SI page.

The SI page also hasn't been updated in a month, is there any reason for this?

Is T-mobile holding this up?
