Neo V update to ICS problem

I am trying to update to ICS from the 4.0.2.A.0.62 version but I can't!

PC companion prepares for update but just at the end I receive the same error 1 week now

(SE server is busy please try again later). What can I do?? I have tried since Saturday more than 30 times

in the morning, evening, night, late at night but again nothing...!

Also I tried to download Sony update service but doesn't seem to work it searches for software update and

after that it restart in a constant loop until I stop it from task manager!

Please help,

I have updated to 0.62 version from PC Companion so definitely it was working before for me!

Make sure that ICS is released for your mobile

If yes then try to turn firewall and antivirus off  even allow full access to pc companion and SUS in firewall's list of exception

Boot pc in safe mode with networking on ( press F8 at startup and select safe mode + networking on)

I will do that but i believe it will not work since PC companion finds the update and it stops at the procces of the actuall update!

Do you know if there might be an issue with win 7 64bit??

Edit:

I tried everything still no luck.

In safe mode PCC could not even connect to my phone and SUS was doing again the same constant loop!!!

I dont' think is the antivirus/firewall since from the same pc with the same antivirus/firewall i have updated 2 months ago my phone with no issues

and as i said above it finds that there is a new update for my phone online (so it connects) but stop when it has to start downloading it!
