NEO V update problem

Wen i chkd the version in my NEO V it says Android version 2.3.4

I tried to update, WEn i cnncted wid the PC companion it showed that software update is available. When i click update nothing happens. Just the below screen appears. And even i try again by clicking" A phone software update is available" the same procss continues.

Try to reinstall PC Companion, Java and the reboot you computer.

Let me know if it still wont work.
