Neo V front camera not working since ICS update!

When I bought in june 2012 it was running 2.3.3 OS version build 4.0.A.0.42 and everything was ok, the I updated to ICS 4.0.3 for the first time still ok. It was laggy, and i downgrade to GB when I knew that the build 4.1.B.0.587 was released ( arround september) i update used some weeks and in a beautiful front camera disapeared from camera menu and now Im living without it. I flashed every type of roms and kernel and nothing. Since that time i was searching a way to get it back. Now im using CyanogenMod 10 build 20130619

I used a third party app now I have a error log.

I move this thread to the Android development sub forum. Hopefully you get some good advice there. Unfortunately I can't help you with custom roms.
