NEO ICS update?

Am I ever going to get the ICS update SE promised nearly a years a go? I cant even find the web page they were announcing the serial numbers for updated phone. And yes it is a simfree neo mt15.

Yes I did do search first and most threads end with a link to a page with manual update proccedures, and are usualy very old threads.

Unfortunately we don't have any information at all regarding when a certain update will be released for a certain SI-number.
