Need Stable ICS to Flash (No ROOT)

Hi guys, last month I have upgraded my Xperia U ST25i to stock ICS 4.0 using flashing.(No rooting)..

But as everyone know, it is very buggy.... calls answering is very slow and messaging app runs too slow....

performance wise also it have many bugs.....

Can anyone please provide me the details of upgrading to new firmware through flashing without rooting????
I want a stable one guys, which overcomes my problems....

And the details of how to flas that also needed....

need steps to follow while flashing...
please post these

1, download and install Flashtool

2, from C:/Flashtool/Drivers install proper driver

3, delete content of C:/Flashtool/Firmwares

4, download 6.1.1.C.1.0.tft

5, copy this .tft to C:/Flashtool/Firmwares

6, connect phone

7, in Flashtool click 1st button "Flash"
