Need information on C6603

Hi

Am from India. Am interested in purchasing Xperia Z phone.

1. As it got sleep of death issue am waiting for an update to fix this. Is this problem fixed ?
2. Is C6603 variant available in India ? Xperia store guys saying its not manufactured for India as no 4G available in India. But i don't know how ignorant they are. 4G is available in India.

3. The pictures taken by camera are more grainy and sometimes light appears on the pictures. Does sony released any fix for this issue ?

Please update me

Regards

Bharath

are there any LTE compatible networks with the Xperia Z C6603? how about coverage?

can you elaborate on the pictures? post some of the "grainy" pictures.

Airtel provides 4G in 4 states and its getting implemented in all states. Phone can't be changed every year. In near future the coverage will be more and good. At that time i can't sell a mobile and get C6603. So just initially want to take it if available

Hey... I once experieced the Sleep of Death issue however, after updating it t the latest firmare i.e., 10.1.A.1.434, I havent  came across the issue till now.

For me camera works just fine , Battery is also ok . However the major issue which I am experiencing is the " WiFi Signal Drop Issue" in which WiFi signal drops suddenly and comes back  even if we are using WiFi adjacent to the room where WiFi router is places ( 10 - 15 meters away)

I just hope SONY resolves this issue in their next update....:smileycry:

I've seen pictures like that before on other Xperias and that's when there's something near the LED flash and/or close to the camera lens.

do you have a protective case? how about a protective film?

the pouch varies per country/region/carrier

try this

remove the protecting case > take a new picture

which camera settings are you using?

The pouch is provided by SONY along with the phone. its not provided by my carrier

remove the pouch

  1. superior auto
  2. night portrait
  3. night scene
  4. backlight correction HDR
  5. HDR

try this 5 options without flash and again w/ AUTO flash
