Need help!! Phone is not working

Basically i tried to update the software of the phone since the notification would not go away. Well it failed twice at updating so i gave up on it, for some reason as a result my phone is frozen on the sony boot up screen. I have tried resseting the phone several times but this has not helped. Is there anything i can do to get this piece of crap phone to work again.

Sorry to hear about your problem.

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, click start under Support Zone > start under Update phone > select Repair phone (in blue text) > Do all this without having the phone connected to the PC.

Then follow the instructions given to you in the program.

The phone should be turned off when you do this. Press and hold the power button and the volume up button at the same time until the phone vibrates three times to turn if off.
