need help, my phone won't start

i connected my phone to my PC thru USB & was in the middle of updating, then it vibrated. I tried to unlock but it won't open anymore. won't start either when i tried to turn off & turn on, just a blinking green light.. help

Hold down on/off button and volume up until you feel a vibration (phone will restart)

Hold down on/off button and volume up until you feel 3 vibrations (phone will turn off)

If problem persists:

Do a repair of the phone software in Sony PC Companion:

Start PC companion, start "Support Zone", start "Update phone software" and click on "Repair".

Follow the on-screen instructions.
