NEED HELP for ILLUMINATION BAR CONTROL??

Need help from Sony developers for control of  ILLUMINATION BAR for maybe just ON/OFF on User's command!!

None other APPs work. I have tried all.

I am sure Sony Developers can help me here!!!!
