Kindly Attention - Head Customer Service
What a rubbish phone. You people have cheated.. I got this phone in November 2012 and since the very first day I have been struggling to get the same resolved. Here are my concerns:-
1) It took a month for your toll free number to provide me the contact details of your service center in Gurgaon and hence i contacted them in December 2012 (work order # W112120100122). I made them aware of the issues I am facing and they recommended to have the software reinstalled. I made them aware of that it will not be possible for me to revist the center as most of the time I am in travelling and they assured that the issue will be resolved.
2) After taking the handset back, experienced the same issues and I have been notifying sony of this via emails and you guys put my emails into no response. Please check your records.
3) Now I again contacted your services center (Work order # W113081601787 on 16th August) notifying them for the same issues and they returned the handset back after 5 days, but the issues / concerns were not resolved.
4) I again contacted the service center on August 26 (Work order # W113082602466)and yesterday they called me up saying there is no issue in my handset and that I should pick it up from there which is IMPOSSIBLE.
5) Calling your toll free number the guys on calls don't know the address of the customer service head, So strange isn't it? They always claim and decide that you DO NOT have a REFUND policy and clearly says that you will not be giving anything in WRITING.
Here are the issues reported by me and all of them went unresolved:-
a) Low volume in the speaker - Response from Service center-> It is not an issue, rather this model has this much volume of voice from earphones
b) When on hotspot with charging on on electricty, it is heating up and battery drains and the phone GETS switched off and you will then have to wait for atleast 15 minutes to have it back on charging and then you can switch it on. -- Service center says, this is not an issue they already tested it for two days.
c) At times phone reboots itself and this issue is not been traced by Service center. I understand this point as this happens occasionally.
d) The Battery backup of this phone is pathetic.Even the guys in your service center are not aware of the power of battery installed in this phone and they claim it to have a 1500 MAH battery whereas it seems to be having a 1300 MAH battery.
NOT READY TO GIVE ANYTHING IN WRITING. INSTEAD EVERYTIME CREATING A NEW WORKORDER NUMBER SO AS TO SHOW THAT THE ISSUE IS GETTING RESOLVED.

I spent ABOUT INR 19599/- not to get all sort of troubles and I WANT A REFUND OF THE SAME AMOUNT AND YOU CAN KEEP THIS CRAP.
WAITING FOR YOUR ANSWER ON THIS. PLEASE BE SURE THAT I AM NOT IN A POSITION TO TAKE THIS HANDSET BACK IN ANY CASE. DON'T THINK AS IF WE ARE FOOLS. IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS THEY WILL CARE YOU AND SO AS YOUR BUSINESS.
