navigation won't work

Hi, I have a problem with the gps navigation software that came with the phone. it used to be working, but now it seems that it can't find my location, although I have the gps signal activated. if annyoane here could help I'd apreciate it

it's the app that came with the phone and nighter the wisepilot nor google maps could find my location and I don't want to reinstall the software. if you have any answer I'd apreciate it. thank you for replying

I think I roughly understand what you meant ....

Suggest performing a GPS test, from lockscreen, press HOME BACK BACK HOME BACK HOME HOME BACK. A service menu will appear, select Service tests>GPS, proceed with all the available tests. Exit by pressing BACK and try your navigation apps again.

sorry for being vague. I did what you adviced me but it sais : please wait and it remained that way. I think I'll repair the software via Pc Companion. I'm really dissapointed cause there are times when the data traffic is not working, other times the wi fi and now the GPS. Thanks so much for trying to help me
