myExperia does not appear

Wife has just bought Experia E1 D2005.  SHortly after getting it has just upgraded it to Android 4.4.2.  The myExperia phone finder / ringer software does not appear in the Settings>Security device locator.  Device administrator is switched on and location enabled.  Is MyExperia not avilable for this device / android version ???

If you don't see it under settings then security, it might not be available in your region, contact your local Xperia Support
