My ZR screen is scratched

Good day ..
i bought a ZR a while ago , it is really good phone , yet recently the screen was scratched , i can not tell what exactly happened so i got this scratch (it looks like a small patch of tiny scratches rather than one scar) . however i tought that the ZR has a shatter proof and scratch resistant screen??!!

so what should i do now , and how much it will cost me to repair it?

The Xperia ZR has tempered glass Scratch resistant on top of the glass there's an ASF (anti-shatter film), now, oddly enough, this ASF its not scratch resistant. 

Don't remove the ASF as this will remove the SONY logo on top and its not sold separately

i tried the contact link , however my country (Lebanon) was not shown in the list.
anyway let us say that sony was able to fix this , will i be able to change only the ASF , or do i have to change the whole screen. and will the phone still be IP58 or not?

You will have to change the Digitizer as the ASF its not sold separately, if you send it to Sony it should remain water/dust resistant

Same with my Xperia ZR ..some of games are not running . It shows that it was not compatible to that games.
