My Xperia ZR`s Wi fi & Bluetooth do not work!

Hi all,

1). BlueTooth in my device does not work since I bought it (in April 2014), even after installing the new updates since then!
2). Wifi does not work three months ago (I installed Lollipop latest update one month ago!), the wifi problem happens at work, hotel, home, dad`s home (so router is not the problem), noting that it works ones every like two weeks and for only 3 to 4 minutes and suddenly gets off again!

Wow, you waited a long time to get this fixed. Anyways, I'd suggest that you do a PC Companion phone repair, this will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Don't forget to back up your data before you proceed, SD card contents will not be affected.

Open PC companion -> Support zone -> Phone/tablet software update -> Repair my phone/tablet (blue link style). Follow the steps given, do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable.

Thanks a lot for your feedback. I`ve already done the factory settings reset then software repair through the pc companion and the problem still exists!

Thanks for your prompt reply. This is what I had been told by Xperia customer services here in Egypt, which is actually an action I`d prefer to buy another (Samsung) may be rather than sending it to Xperia local services here which will take ages and finally will not solve the problem in a satisfying way, experiences with them are endless!
