My Xperia Z1 doesn´t turn on

I turned off my Xperia Z1 for a while, and when I needed to turn it on, it just didn´t turn on. 

Can somebody help me?

Hi there,

Press the "Power Button" and Volume Up" at the same time about 8 seconds(3 vibrates).

Charge your battery 1 hour, then try again.

If that doesn´t work, repair your software using Sony Update Service

The first option didn´t worked, and when I tried to make the second one and it told me to connect my cellphone by pressing the volume down button, but it didn´t connect; although I press it for a long time.

Do you have another idea?

Do you get any response from the phone at all when you try to power it on or charge it?
