Hello,
My Phone has turned off due to complete dead battery as I let it run down to 1% after switching off.
I have no plugged in the charger but there is no red light or nothing.
I have also tried holding the volume button and power button to reboot / get the vibration but again nothing happens.
It has now been plugged in for 30 minutes and im just wondering what I should do next.
Its only about 4 months old and is very well looked after.
Look forward to a response
Thanks
It can take some time to recharge it if you let it run completely out of battery.
Connect it to your wall socket charger and leave it be for one hour. Then try to start it again.
I did the same thing. I let my phone run flat, after putting it on the charger and leaving it overnight, it did not charge at all
Same thing here... ugh, so frustrating. The phone is less than 3 months old and very well taken care of. It has now just decided it won't charge. I have tried many different charges, plugs, USBs, etc. It won't recognize the charger.
It's not like I spent $800 on this phone and want it to work longer than 3 months... super frustrating...
I tried the power button/volume up trick about 6 times too... nada...
I had the same problem with my z1. I put it on charge overnight (it was on abount 55% battery when I put it on charge) and when I took it off of charge the following morning it was completely dead! No combinations of buutons would do anything! I even tried the red button reset... I took it to my local Vodafone store (I'm on contract with them) and they sent it off to repair it. I contacted Vodafone repair and they informed me "that there was nothing wrong with the phone and that they had got it working!" I am still waiting for it to arrive after the repair so hopefully it will work! They said that the charger could be faulty but it charges a Samsung s3 with no problem!
Not a happy bunny!
