MY XPERIA SP SHUTSDOWN AND RESTARTS ON ITS OWN

i bought xperia sp yesterday it started shuting down and restarting on its own.....i updated the software .....even ran SUS but nothing is working same problem pls help

It could be a faulty SIM card, remove the SIM card and check if the proble persist
