Because Xperia doesn't come with a file manager I downloaded one as an app. I used my phone happily for 2 weeks and then last weekend different things just started to crash. I didn't ask for an upgrade but I think it automatically did an upgrade, I have lost all my photos because I didn't back them up to my pc, so the lesson learnt here is back-up anything that you care about on a daily basis. I was able to see the photos on my phone but there was no way to get them off, it just said that the DCIM was empty, on the screen, with the photos there in front of me, I couldn't send them by blue tooth and as it has a built in SD card there was nothing that could be done. 3 Store exchanged my phone for another one but I lost all my pictures, they tried for ages in the store but couldn't save them.
