My xperia mini x10 not turning on and blinking Red led light

My mobile is not turning on display but the red led light keeps on blinking.When i tried to turn it off and restart its not showing anything on display.even its not getting on.I cant connect it to the usb too for the repairing...please reply asap

If it only blinks red try to charge the phone for 2 hours and try again.
