Hello Good Morning
My sony xperial mini pro sk17i fell into water after that i dried it for two days and did switched it on, everything worked well for two days and the third day an alarm popped up screen did'nt switched on as the battery was low and i thought it was the problem and i charged it for 4 hours, then no response came up except a vibration whenever i try to switch it on.. Oh! and the battery's white sticker turned (pink and red at the very edge of the sticker)
Help me Please!
My experience of any Sony product is quite bad !
Their service charges ( if service is possible) are not only unreasonable and very high then others but the quality of people at their service centres leaves few serious questions. Right from my son's PSP that went blank just after 7 months of purchasing it for Rs.15,000/- where I had to finally throw it out of the window as there is no replacement of PSP . . . . to my LCD to my latest Xperia phone, I have always had my problem with them,
I'm sorry to hear about the accident. Our repair centers do not attempt to repair water damaged phones since you can't leave any promises that the phone will work after repair.
For more information about warranty and repair I suggest that you contact your local support team.

hi Johan
Sony centre service people told me that the my phone is working fine and they have just cleaned it as there is lot of dust and charged me INR 280/- only.
After the repair i didn't checked it as it is not with me now.
I will check whether there is any problem with it or not. If there exists any problem i have to loose my hopes on this phone
Any way Thanks for the reply
Best Regards
