Whether Sony Xperia J is capable for My Xperia.

While i install my My Xperia Application, it will not show in Settings>Xperia>???

whether it is compatible with J?

At the moment the MyXperia service is only launched as pilot for the Nordic market and models are still being added for support. I don't have any information when or if Xperia J will be added or when the service reaches other markets.
