did you read the "warning/caution" when you started recording. it will be warm, but if gets hot enough it will shutdown on its own to cool down,
try to make sure no other background task is running before recording for a long time,. restart your device or you can try to observe the heating in safe mode

While recording video my XA became like Iron Box heat. I can Iron clothes. Please help me.
It appears to be one of the hidden features of sony xperia suite. In warm weather the device can get hot easily, especially during video recording. Other hot actvities include syncing and any lengthy file copying activities actually, video chatting, playing games, etc.
On the other hand, the camera app should stop by itself when your device is warm enough. Doesn't it happen for you?
Hi @Rajuk,
I am sorry to hear that.
That sounds very strange, since just like the previous users mentioned you should get a warning and in some cases the app should shut itself down. Are you running any other apps/services in the background while recording video? Try to record while in safe mode to see if the same happens.
