My worst decision- Xperia Z3

Hi everyone!

My story starts December 2014. I've bought my Xperia Z3. At the time it was a brilliant phone but few weeks  later the speaker started making noise, as this wouldnt be enough I was using the 4k video and the phone got really hot so i've stopped recording (so it would'nt explode) Grinning_Face few minutes later I've checked the phone - screen was cracked. Was so so dissappointed!!! Straight away contacted the support team, told them the story and sent out my phone for repair.

Two weeks later my phone came back. Screen was new, but still had speaker issue and guess what .... no coverage!!! I knew there was a Vodafone repairs going on at the time so thaught, it must be it ... surely it can not be my repaired phone... doahh .... BUT IT WAS!! It wasn''t fixed properely!!! Contacted support team again. No body replied to my e-mails for weeks, started calling them. eventualy got the answer and sent my phone for a second repair... I remember it like it was yesterday... it was 30th of April 2015 It's still in repair center today which is 28 of May 2015 . A frickin month ? Seriously?!?  It took a month to get in touch with them and now they are teking a pis.. As a matter of fact Ive called them 'to see where my phone was and when it's coming back... she told me there is an extra charge for screen replacement .... My screen was'nt broken I had coverage and speaker issue!!... Ohh God I wish I went for Galaxy S5....

I'm very sorry to hear this Slightly_frowning_Face

I've checked your case and your conversation with your local support team and they sent you a quotation on the 19th as there's external damage on your phone which is not covered by warranty. I also checked the picture on your phone and the display is clearly cracked due to external force and looking at the phones frame on the picture it also looks like the phone may have been bent.

As i understand it you believe this has been caused by the courier you used to send the phone in and your local support team has referred you to them if you believe this is the case. I'm afraid i can't give you any other advice as our warranty will not cover damages caused by the courier you used or insufficient packaging materials. I do hope you can work it out with the courier.
