My touch screen issue

Hi, I'm the one of Xperia Z3 Compact user. My touch screen is the problem with the top on screen (notification placement) I can't touch it and not responding if I want to check my notification.

Does it only happen when you are trying to bring the notification panel down or is it when you touch any area in the top half of the screen?
