i was baffled by the relatively lower sound on my phone. today i just compared it with demo z3cs and my sounds is noticeably lower.
is this claimable for a warranty phone repair?
also i noticed that white on my lcds looks better than the demos. some trade off it seems. xperia care said all use same types, but deflect questions if they are same brands.

Unfortunately, it's impossible for us at the support forum to say if it's something wrong with your sound. If you think it's something wrong with the sound/speakers e.g, I suggest that you visit nearest service center to have the phone examined by a technician. Regarding the screen, minor variations in display brightness and colour may occur between devices. So I do not think it's something wrong.

I noticed sound degragation after the lollipop update.
Can someone confirm this?
i went to telstra shop, they basically said they will send it, and up to sony to decide whether it is faulty or not.
the sound difference is noticeable if actually try to listen to. is there an acceptable differentiation in the sound volume? I don't want to be returned and said it is an acceptable/can't notice the difference.
one attendant said all cost are covered by sony.
another attendant and xperia care said there is an assessment cost $49/50, if no fault is found.
