My sony xperia Z1 shut down automatically when i listening a song my phone is latest software update Andriod 5.0 so plz tell me about what happened of the phone. my xperia z1 battery is 50 % charge. can i reset the phone on factory setting bucz andriod 5.0 is not good for xperia z1 is very slow and different types of errors are coming for examply MHL is missing and different kind of extension are missing.
